MaGerks Restaurant

Royersford, Montgomery County

This project is a 10,000 sq. ft. steel framed sports bar and restaurant located in Royersford Pennsylvania. This is a very popular regional chain and we are privileged to be building one of the few restaurants in our area. This project involves overseeing the structural erection and performing a complete interior fit out. 

Freemansburg Amphitheater

Freemansburg Borough, Northampton County

We are currently building a new amphitheater in Freemansburg. This steel and block building will be used as a music venue and event stage. This is a multi-phase project and is a major endeavor. 

Birmingham Township Police Station Addition

Birmingham Township, Chester County

Recently completed second floor addition to the Birmingham Township Police Station. We demolished the existing roof and built a second floor above the existing garage to be used as a locker room, storage area, and office. We also added Hardi-Plank siding to the existing township building to match the new addition.  

MATSUNK INCINERATOR BUILDING REPLACEMENT

KING OF PRUSSIA, PA

UPPER MERION SEWER AUTHORITY

This project involved the complete removal of existing steel framed stricture as well as all abandoned equipment within the building, installation of new fluted split face block walls, structural steel, metal deck, EPDM roof, new aluminum stairs to second floor, new doors and windows, new interior finishes at second floor, etc.

This project involved the demolition of the existing structure, excavation for new foundations, new ground face block exterior with accent color at entrance, 4 garage bays, a finished office area with waiting room, employee breakroom, and mezzanine for storage. 

NORTH CORNWALL ADMINISTRATION BUILDING

This project involves the new construction of a roughly 6,000 square foot administration building facility complete with sitework and underground utilities, masonry walls, framed exterior walls, glass storefront, stone veneer, interior finishes including partitions, drywall, hollow metal doors and frames, painting, resilient flooring, T&G ceiling cladding, toilet partitions and accessories, wood trusess, standing seam metal roofing, exterior improvements, etc.

ANDERSON INDUSTRIAL MACHINERY OFFICE AND STORAGE FACILITY

ANDERSON INDUSTRIAL MACHINERY

This project was a build completed from start to finish by LA Building Contractors. After several iterations of the design, we came to an agreement that consisted of all of the items requested by the Owner within the original budget. This is a new construction pole barn with concrete slab, post frame construction, wall sheathing, stucco, wood roof trusses, metal roof panels, all new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, a completely finished office space featuring multiple offices, restrooms, a break area and full kitchen, etc. Also included is a large warehouse/storage portion of the building where merchandise can be inventoried and orders can be sent out.

WYOMISSING UV SYSTEM BUILDING ENCLOSURE

WYOMISSING JOINT SEWER AUTHORITY

This project involved the construction of a post frame building over top of an existing slab/foundation wall which housed the UV disinfection system. The job included construction of the new structure, installation of windows and FRP man doors, stainless steel overhead door, crane system, modifications to existing railing and gratings, trusscore panels at walls and ceiling, etc.

PennDot Vehicle Wash Building

TEMPLE, PA

PENNSYLVANIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION

This project was a new out of the ground construction of a new wash building for PennDot trucks and equipment which included site demolition, new sanitary, domestic, and gas lines, installation of new oil water separator, excavation for new building and multiple retaining walls, installation of 12" poured concrete walls and foundations, radiant heat in floor slab, wood trusses, rigid insulation, metal wall and roof panels, FRP man doors and overhead doors, painting, Trusscore ceiling cladding, asphalt paving, guard rails and hand rails, galvanized steel grating, etc.

FULL IN-LAW SUITE HOME ADDITION

SPRING CITY, PA

This project involved building a full In-Law suite addition to a home in spring city. This addition included a full kitchen and bathroom along with a spacious bedroom and living area. This home went from a crowded full house, to a spacious extended family home.

HOPE VETERINARY HOSPITAL

MALVERN, PA

This project was a multi-phase commercial fit-out of both a surgical center and office spaces. This job was completed during regular business hours which means not only did this job require some assiduous planning, but it needed to be completed as discreetly as possible to not disturb the working hospital. 

FULL HOME RENOVATION 

PHOENIXVILLE, PA

This project was an entire gut and remodel. This involved removing all of the plaster and interior walls, installing a support beam, and building a shed dormer second floor addition. We then added a full bathroom upstairs and completely rebuild everything, including a brand new kitchen and living area. 

COMPLETE HOUSE TEARDOWN

PHOENIXVILLE, PA

This project consisted of a full house teardown, load out, and clean up. This particular home was quite dilapidated and required extreme precision to safely raze without damaging the structure next to it, just inches away. The debris was then sorted and recycled promptly and efficiently. 

SPROUL RD. ENTRYWAY RENNOVATION

MALVERN, PA

This project was complete exterior renovation, which included adding an entire set of concrete stairs complete with steel railings and walkways. This job also included cutting into the building to add the doorway and canopy overhead. 

USI Insurance

West Chester, PA

This project was a 7000 Sqft. office fit out for an insurance company in West Chester. This included the installation of a 32 foot wide TV.
